Darwin City Tour and Crocodile Cruise

This half-day tour combines a look around Darwin’s historic sites with a crocodile cruise at Crocodylus Park. It’s a straightforward way to see a bit of the city without organising your own transport, then get up close to one of the Top End’s biggest drawcards. Pick-up and drop-off are included, and all fees and taxes are covered.

The crocodile section is the main event, with a guided boat cruise and the chance to see saltwater crocodiles launching out of the water. The park is home to more than 40 saltwater crocodiles, including some large 5-metre males. Depending on the season, there may also be a crocodile handling experience and photo opportunity.

You’ll be picked up and taken on a tour of Darwin, where you’ll learn about some of the city’s historical sites. After that, the tour continues to Crocodylus Park for a guided boat cruise focused on the park’s saltwater crocodiles.

From the boat, you’ll watch crocodiles jump from the water, and there’s also a crocodile viewing platform for more land-based viewing. Seasonal crocodile handling and photos may be available. There is also an optional lunch stop at Stokes Hill Wharf, along with time for scenic harbour photos if included on the day. Group sizes are kept relatively small, with tours operating for up to 10 or 21 people.
