This is a hands-on tasting and blending class at Tamborine Mountain Distillery where you create your own 375ml bottle of liqueur to take home. You’ll start with a welcome drink, taste a curated range of the distillery’s liqueurs, then work with expert guidance to build your own blend from more than 100 tinctures and flavours. It’s a more niche pick than a standard tasting, but a good option if you want something interactive and a bit different from a regular drinks stop.

The session begins with a welcome drink before moving into a guided tasting of the distillery’s liqueur range. After that, you’ll be talked through the blending process and choose from over 100 flavour options to create a personalised mix. Once your recipe is finished, your 375ml bottle is prepared for you to name and label, so you leave with a custom bottle to share or keep. The experience is wheelchair accessible, service animals are allowed, and it is not recommended for pregnant travellers.
