This is a full-day Margaret River tasting tour that mixes wine education with a relaxed day out. Along with visits to three boutique wineries, it includes a guided blind tasting session designed to make wine tasting easier to understand, plus chocolate tasting, an Italian-style lunch at Olio Bello, olive oil and skincare sampling, a vineyard stop for a glass of wine and cheeseboard, and a brewery visit. What to expect

The day starts with a chocolate tasting, with coffee available, before heading out for coastal sightseeing and some insight into the region’s climate and viticulture. From June to October, there may also be seasonal whale watching opportunities, although sightings are not guaranteed. A big part of the tour is the guided blind tasting experience, where you use a tasting technique and template to build your own notes and learn how to pick out colour, aroma and flavour more confidently. Lunch is served at Olio Bello and includes woodfired pizzas, seasonal salads and a glass of wine, followed by olive oil and skincare sampling. In the afternoon, you’ll visit more boutique wineries, stop at a scenic vineyard for a glass of wine and cheeseboard, and finish with a brewery visit.
