Margaret River Wine, Coffee and Forest Tour with Lunch

This small-group style day tour gives you a broader look at Margaret River than a standard winery hop. Alongside tastings at two boutique wineries, you’ll visit a coffee roastery to learn about roasting and how different brews are best enjoyed. There’s also a homecooked lunch at the Berry Farm Cottage Cafe and time in Boranup Forest among the tall karri trees. With in-town pick-up and drop-off included, it’s an easy option if you want to see a few sides of the region without sorting your own transport.

Over around 5 to 6 hours, the tour usually starts with pick-up from an in-town location. You’ll visit a coffee roasting house for a tour and tasting, then head to two boutique wineries to learn about winemaking, see the barrel room and vineyards, and sample different wine styles from the region. Lunch is served at the Berry Farm Cottage Cafe, with fresh seasonal produce and the chance to try or buy handmade local products, ciders, liqueurs and fortified wines. The day also includes time in Boranup Forest, where you can slow down a bit and look out for native wildflowers, birds and, occasionally, kangaroos.
