Audrey Wilkinson Fromage and Fortified Wine Experience

This guided tasting at Audrey Wilkinson is a more specialised wine experience than a standard cellar door stop. Held in the winery’s heritage-listed museum space, it focuses on premium wines paired with fromage from local producers, with the standout being three generous fortified tastings poured straight from the barrel. If you’re keen to try something a bit different in the Hunter Valley and don’t mind paying extra for a more curated tasting, this one stands out.

You’ll be seated in the museum space for a hosted tasting led by an in-house wine expert. Along the way, you’ll sample a selection of premium wines matched with local fromage, then move into the fortified side of the experience with three tastings drawn directly from barrels where the wines are maturing. One bottle of fortified wine is included to take home between two people. The experience runs for around an hour and is wheelchair accessible.
