Tamborine Mountain Distillery Tour and Tasting

This is a short guided visit through Tamborine Mountain Distillery, billed as Queensland’s oldest distillery. You’ll get a look inside the working site, including the distillery, museum, tasting room and bar, then try a selection of its small-batch liqueurs and spirits. It’s a straightforward option if you’re already heading to Tamborine Mountain and want a more structured tasting than just dropping into a cellar door.

The experience starts with a welcome drink on arrival, or a soft drink if you choose the alcohol-free option. From there, a guide takes you through the production process, covering how the spirits and liqueurs go from distillation through to bottling. You’ll also visit the museum, tasting room and bar before finishing with four sample-size tastings. There are more than 80 flavours available across the range, and same-day bottle purchases come with a 10% discount. Guests under 18 can join the tour but will receive non-alcoholic alternatives.
