Tulloch Wines Chocolate and Wine Tasting

This is a short seated tasting at Tulloch Wines in the Hunter Valley, pairing five wines with five locally made handmade chocolates. It’s a more structured cellar door experience, with a wine educator or guide introducing each match and explaining how the flavours work together. If you’re keen to try something a bit different from a standard tasting, this gives you a clear side-by-side comparison without taking up half your day.

You’ll be seated in a private tasting area and guided through five Tulloch wines, each paired with a matching chocolate made locally in the Hunter Valley. The session is designed to explore which wines work with different chocolate styles, including questions like whether dry reds can hold up with chocolate. You’ll also get a tasting mat and a take-home wine experience guide. Wine tasting is for guests aged 18 and over, while teens and non-drinkers are offered a kombucha tasting with a cheese box, and children aged 3+ get a junior tasting with soft drinks and snacks.
